For access to library online resources off-campus CCS students should set-up a CCS network computing password.
To set-up or reset a network password call the IT Help Desk 509 533-4357 (533-HELP) between 7am -7pm, Monday-Thurs. Friday 7am-4pm.
After hours you might try using http://mybigfoot.spokane.edu.
- Online students browse to https://mybigfoot.spokane.edu
- In the upper right hand corner click “LOG IN”
- A new window will open and ask for your login and password.
Username; JohnathanD4562@bigfoot.spokane.edu Password: your student ID number
4. Once you enter that in correctly, it will immediately prompt you change your password.
This doesn't work for everyone but give it a try.
During library hours the librarians can supply you with a temporary password. 509-533-3834 or 800 251-1972 or try our Ask Us! 24/7
The best way to set-up a permanent network computing account is to call the IT Help Desk number listed above (509) 533-HELP
Your student username is your first name, first initial of your last name, last 4 digits of your student ID
Username example: JohnathanD7998@bigfoot.spokane.edu
The network computing password is not the same as your CANVAS account password unless you make the passwords the same.
Once you have a password you may access our virtual library of: articles, databases, streaming films, and eBooks
