If you don't already have an SPL library card, go to
https://www.spokanelibrary.org/signup
Fill out the user form and create a PIN.
*If you are not a City of Spokane resident, use SFCC's street address (3410 W. Whistalks Way, Spokane, WA 99224) on the form, but use your personal email and phone number.Your library card number will be automatically generated. Don't forget to write it down!
Call the Spokane Public Library at 509-444-5300 to have them activate your card number.
Use your card number to check out materials and access SPL's digital resources.

Please note that the Spokane Public Library has a limit on how many items can be checked out of Hoopla per day. So try and checkout your items early in the day. You may not be able to checkout items in the evening and will have to wait until the next day for the item count to reset.
